Artocarpus Heterophyllus Tree Description

Artocarpus Heterophyllus tree is a large, handsome tree that can reach 70 feet (21.34 m) in height. In cultivation, it can reach 70 feet in height (21.34 m). It has a straight trunk with an irregular to rounded dense crown. Also, its dark green, glossy, leathery leaves are oblong to elliptical in shape. The leaves are 4 to 6 inches long. Furthermore, the flowers are borne on the trunk (cauliflory). These flower heads of male and female blooms measure 1 to 4 by 1 inches long.
