Codiaeum variegatum (Curly Boy) is a perennial with hard woody stems. In addition, this small dense shrub has attractive and captivating bright yellow, red and green twisted leaves. The leaves have a light yellow or light red center near the vein. They are a solid deep green near the center of the leaf.
